Born in Napa, California, Diana grew up on the 70ha of vineyards and forests of Snowden Ranch, acquired by her grandparents in 1955, in the hills east of Napa Valley. <\/p>\n\n
She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Viticulture and Oenology, with Spanish option, from the University of Davis in 2001.<\/p>\n\n
Diana has completed numerous internships in both California and France, including a viticultural internship at Domaine Robert Mondavi in California, where she met Jeremy Seysses, owner of Domaine Dujac. In 2003, Diana moved full-time to Domaine Dujac in Morey-Saint-Denis, where she works as an oenologist.<\/p>\n\n
In 2005, she became winemaker at her family’s Snowden Vineyards in Saint Helena. She also supports Domaine Triennes in the Var as a consultant, and has been winemaking at Domaine Ashes & Diamonds in Napa, California since 2016.<\/p>\n\n
Diana believes that the most moving and memorable wines are those of terroir. As a member of the Acad\u00e9mie Internationale du Vin, she defends noble wines with all her heart, even more so since her appointment to the AIV board. <\/p>\n\n
Diana is also a member of the Board of Porto Protocol, a network dedicated to ecological and sustainable viticulture.
