Alongside his wife Katrin, he represents the third generation at the head of this winery. <\/p>\n\n<p>The estate covers 26 hectares of the finest vineyards around Rust. Since 2008, production has been entirely biodynamic, in accordance with &#8220;Respekt-BIODYN&#8221; standards.
