After studying at business school, Philippe de Lur Saluces spent ten years as an expatriate, first in London, then in Beijing and Shanghai, where he worked in wine import.<\/p>\n\n
He returned to France in 2014 at the request of his father, Alexandre, who wanted to involve him in the management of the diversified family group (viticulture, catering, tourism, forestry, agriculture).<\/p>\n\n
He takes over the reins of the company at the age of 45, in 2023, determined to perpetuate the heritage handed down by his ancestors.<\/p>\n\n
At Ch\u00e2teau de Fargues, he is involved in the revival of the estate and expresses his firm determination to give it its rightful reputation.\nTo this end, he has set up a tight distribution network based on strong partnerships.\nAccompanied by his wife Charlotte, he works with chefs to give the wine its full dimension.\nThey also open the medieval fortress to visitors, allowing them to immerse themselves in the centuries-old history of the Lur Saluces family over a meal, or by organizing concerts and conferences within the monument itself. <\/p>\n\n
In the Landes region, he perpetuates and develops tourism and gastronomy activities with a campsite, g\u00eetes, an asparagus grove and restaurants.<\/p>\n\n
