Alberto Graci
From a four-generation farming family.
Born in 1975, Alberto now owns and operates the Graci and IDDA estates on the northern and southern slopes of Mount Etna, where he produces wines that express the authenticity and precision of the volcanic terroir.

He then decided to devote himself entirely to viticulture, and in 2005 founded Graci, his estate located in Passopisciaro, on the northern slopes of Mount Etna. The vineyard extends over 28 hectares, where he cultivates mainly the autochthonous grape varieties Nerello Mascalese and Carricante, in accordance with the principles of organic farming.
In 2016, he teamed up with Angelo Gaja and the Gaja family to create IDDA, a wine project located on the southern slope of the volcano, in the Belpasso and Biancavilla areas. This estate, is mainly dedicated to Carricante, offering a refined, mineral interpretation of the volcanic terroir.
Alberto adopts a sustainable approach that respects biodiversity. His work focuses on soil preservation, restoration of dry-stone walls, rational water management and tree planting, to ensure the sustainability of Etna's agricultural and viticultural landscapes.
