László Mészáros
Hungarian, he studied agronomy and chemistry at the Faculty of Agronomy at Pannonia University in Hungary. During his studies, he spent two semesters at the École Supérieure d'Agriculture de Purpan (Toulouse) and returned to France regularly for summer internships.
In 1995, he joined the Disznókő estate (owned by AXA Millésimes in the Tokaj region) and played an active role in rebuilding the estate, investing and creating the range. In 2000, he became director of Disznókő, where he is responsible for developing and promoting the great wines of Tokaj.
He is very active in the professional life of his region; he was president of the Tokaj Renaissance association (Union des Grands Crus de Tokaj); he is a member of the appellation's tasting committee and of the board of the Tokaj Wine Communities Council.
Since 2019 he has also taken on the role of technical coordinator between AXA Millésimes' technical directors.
