Salvatore Geraci

Salvatore Geraci is the owner of the Palari estate in Sicily, where he uses traditional Sicilian grape varieties to produce expressive wines rooted in their terroir. He has played a major role in the renaissance of the almost forgotten Faro wine-growing area, reintroducing quality practices and boosting the reputation of his wines.

Recently, he has also acquired plots on Etna, seeking to compare and enrich his productions between the volcanic terroirs of Etna and the sandy coastal soils of Faro, in order to explore the differences in expression between these two great Sicilian wine-growing areas.
