Thursday, December 4
– 11:00 am: Attendance at the AIV general meeting
– 11:45 am – 12:15 pm: Tasting at the Beau-Rivage Palace
– 12:15 pm – 1:55 pm: Lunch at the Beau-Rivage Palace
– 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Conferences

Friday, December 5:
– 9:00-11:45 a.m.: Conferences
– 11:45 a.m.-2:00 p.m.: Tasting and lunch at Beau-Rivage Palace

Preferential-rate rooms must be booked directly by each member. You will find the link for the Beau-Rivage Palace below. A credit card will be required as a guarantee at the time of booking; final payment will be made on site, at the time of departure, by guests to the hotel.
Cancellation policy – Symposium de Lausanne

All Symposium registrations are considered firm and definitive.
However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, the following conditions will apply:

Cancellation by the participant or accompanying person :

  • Up to and including November 20, 2025: reimbursement of 50% of the total registration fee.
  • From November 21, 2025: no refunds will be issued, as all commitments made with our service providers (restaurants, tours, etc.) will be confirmed.

All requests for cancellation must be made in writing to the following address: info@academievin.org.
Cancellation will only be considered effective once we have acknowledged receipt.
