On the occasion of its 41st Autumn Symposium, the Académie Internationale du Vin devoted two days to discussing and defining the role of nature in the production and perception of wine. This meeting is the continuation of many years of work and workshops carried out by AIV members to serve the cause of wine, to encourage the quality of its production, the authenticity of its origins and to ensure the continuity of its traditions, which have made this product both a unifying element and the witness of a know-how unique to each country and region.
The Académie Internationale du Vin defends the richness of wine and its derivative spirits at the highest level, and encourages its members to invest all possible fields of action to enhance the wine heritage that is theirs, and yours.
